How long does it take to receive a refund?

Refund timelines depend on how the refund is processed:

• Merchant-initiated refund to your Aleta Adventure card — typically credited within 5 to 10 business days, depending on the merchant’s bank processing time.
• Dispute resolution refund (processed via Aleta Adventure) — may take 10 to 30 business days from the date your dispute is submitted and acknowledged.

To check if a refund has been received, tap Transactions on the Home screen and look for a credit entry from the merchant.

If your refund has not appeared after the expected timeframe, email account@aletaplanet.com with your transaction details and proof of the refund confirmation from the merchant.
