What happens to my account if I get a new phone?
Your Aleta Adventure account is not stored on your device — it is linked to your registered credentials (email and mobile number). Getting a new phone does not affect your account.
To access your account on a new phone:
- Download the Aleta Adventure app from the App Store or Google Play Store on your new phone.
- Log in with your existing email and password.
- Re-enable Biometric ID (Face ID / fingerprint) in Me → Security if desired.
All your card details, balance, transaction history and rewards will be exactly as you left them.
