Yes. App crashes or technical issues on your device do not affect your account balance or card. Your funds are held securely in a customer segregated account on Aleta Planet’s servers, not on your device.

To resolve app crashes:

Close the app completely and reopen it.
Ensure your app is updated to the latest version from the App Store or Google Play Store.
Restart your phone and try again.
If the issue persists, reinstall the app (see FAQ 16.02 for iPhone or FAQ 16.03 for Android).
