If I close my account, will I get a refund of the sign-up fee?

The card issuance fee paid at sign-up is non-refundable, as it covers the cost of card production, onboarding and account setup regardless of how long the account is held.

Any remaining wallet balance will be returned to your registered bank account upon account closure (a fund return fee may apply). See FAQ 15.05 for the account termination process.
