Do Spin & Win prizes (rewards) expire?

Yes. Prizes won from Spin & Win also have an expiry date. Expiry terms vary by reward type:

• Aleta Adventure Points — expiry terms are shown in the Rewards section of the app.
• Merchant Vouchers — expiry date is stated on each voucher in My Rewards.
• Physical Merchandise — redemption must be completed within the period stated at the time of winning.

Always check My Rewards in the app for the expiry date of each prize. Expired rewards cannot be extended or reinstated.
