What if I win a prize I don’t want? Can I swap it or give it to someone?

Unfortunately, Spin & Win prizes cannot be exchanged for a different prize, transferred to another account or given to another person. All prizes are issued to and must be redeemed by the winning account holder.

If a prize is irrelevant to you (e.g. a merchant voucher for a brand you do not use), the best option is to ensure you redeem it before it expires, as expired prizes cannot be reinstated or compensated.
