What if someone counterfeits or duplicates my card’s serial number?

Each Aleta Adventure card’s serial number is linked exclusively to your registered account in our secure system. A counterfeit or duplicate physical card cannot access your account or funds — the payment chip is cryptographically tied to your specific card and cannot be cloned.

Serial numbers are a collectible identifier, not an authentication code on their own. If you discover a counterfeit card being sold or misrepresented, please report it to account@aletaplanet.com so we can take appropriate action.
