What if my child loses their Supplementary Card?
If a Supplementary Card is lost or stolen:
- Step 1 — Freeze the card immediately via the app (primary account holder logs in, goes to Family Cards, selects the card and freezes it).
- Step 2 — Go to Wallet → Manage Account → Card Replacement to report the lost card and request a replacement.
- Step 3 — Email account@aletaplanet.com if you cannot access the app.
The Supplementary Card account and any remaining balance are linked to your primary account — they are not lost if the physical card is lost, as long as you freeze the card promptly.
A replacement card fee of SGD 18 may apply.
