Can I use the app and pay online before my physical card arrives?

Yes! This is by design. When you sign up, a virtual card is activated immediately in the app. You can start using it for online purchases straight away — no need to wait for the physical card.

To use your virtual card online:

• Tap the eye icon on the card face in the app to reveal your full card number and expiry date.
• Tap the eye icon under CVN and authenticate to view your security code.
• Enter these details at any online checkout that accepts Visa.

The physical card is required for in-store, contactless and ATM use only.
