What if I make a mistake in my application, such as entering the wrong address?
If you notice an error before submitting, correct it before completing the application.
If the application has already been submitted:
- For minor corrections (e.g. delivery address) — contact support at account@aletaplanet.com as soon as possible before your card is dispatched.
- For identity document corrections — email account@aletaplanet.com with your correct information and supporting documents.
Note: Providing false or inaccurate information during the application process may result in your application being rejected or your account being suspended.
