I didn’t get my spin entry after a qualifying purchase. What should I do?
If a spin entry was not credited after a qualifying transaction, follow these steps:
- Step 1 — Check your transaction history: tap Transactions on the Home screen and confirm the purchase was processed successfully (not pending or declined).
Step 2 — Check your spin balance in the Spin & Win section. Allow up to 24 hours for the entry to be credited after a successful transaction.
- Step 3 — If the entry is still missing after 24 hours, contact support with the transaction date, amount and merchant name, email
- account@aletaplanet.com with subject “Missing Spin Entry”.
Note: ATM withdrawals, fund transfers and refunded transactions are not eligible for spins and will not generate entries.
